We thought we’d put a slight light hearted feel into our new website as here at FBI Swim & Gym Centre, or FBI HQ, it is all about having fun!

we are market leaders in competitive swimming having narrowed our focus to concentrate only on beginners  from birth to 12 years (& Seniors) in our Swim School.

Similarly our new Fitness Centre is focused on beginners made up of families & Seniors. We purposely provide and maintain a friendly atmosphere that is both non-trendy & very family friendly.

We specialize in working with de-conditioned beginners and athletes alike who sometimes cannot use the gym facilities at first & commence their training with Hydrotherapy or on Physiotherapy programs & eating plans from our Dietitian. Our friendly instructors & personal trainers are hand picked for their lack of ego & are further trained in house!!
